Charter Mechanical, founded by Henry Upton and Barclay Mckenzie, opened its doors in the spring of 1982. The company was built on a mandate to provide good quality installation with the best possible equipment. Dedication to complete projects efficiently and properly was the foundation the company was built on, and continues to hold true today.

Henry and Barclay are now retired and Charter Mechanical is owned by Tyler Sotnikow, who has been with the company for 23 years. Charter proudly employs between 10 and 20 skilled tradesman and apprentices who typically serve the commercial and light industrial sectors but also complete projects in the industrial, manufacturing and residential areas.

Completely settled in at their new office and shop location, and proudly working from a fully equipped sheet metal fabrication facility, Charter continues to meet and exceed the growing demand in our province to take on and deliver new and exciting projects.

Charter Mechanical is proud to work with many prominent local general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout Saskatoon and Saskatchewan.
